Tyson Day is the Co-Founder of Arrive & Thrive, a career education company he started in 2020 with his late friend Daniel Lunardi, driven by a shared vision to help high school students navigate their futures. A qualified career counsellor and coach, Tyson has carried their mission forward since Dan's passing, delivering workshops and digital learning modules to over 150,000 young people.Growing up in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, Tyson knew the all-too-familiar feeling of being unsure what came next. He only discovered his true calling in career education in his late twenties. As founder of Unserious Careers, Alana Kilmartin has become a leading voice in youth career development. Since the start of 2025, she has presented to students at over 300 high schools across Australia and New Zealand.After growing up in regional Victoria, Alana's career took multiple unexpected turns. Spectacularly burning out as one of New Zealand's top travel agents became the catalyst for her first book.
